Where to start, the level of professionalism, kindness, and patience.. just amazing. She communicates well, she helps you understand what might be confusing, and is always willing to help. I am very picky and I didn't want to settle for any home, and that's the same way Melissa looked at it. She wanted me to be honest, and tell her what I wanted.
